Stop carrying keys. Stop wondering who's at the door.
The front door and the building intercom are the two parts of a home most people put up with for years before fixing. A smart lock and video intercom together solve both, and they're the easiest place to start a smart home project because the wins are immediate.
What's actually broken with most front doors
- You give a spare key to the cleaner, the pet sitter, your in-laws, the tradie. You can't take any of them back.
- Deliveries arrive while you're at work and end up with the neighbour or back at the depot.
- The apartment intercom only works from the wall handset, which is in the hallway you're never standing in.
- You can't see who's at the door before opening it.
How it works
A smart lock at the front door, paired with a video intercom that lives both at the door and on every phone in the household. We pick the door hardware around your door, your building rules, and the look you want. Wireless or wired, replacement deadbolt or mortice, fingerprint, fob, code, or app. The same panel handles the apartment intercom, so you stop running to the wall handset every time the buzzer goes.
What you can do with it
- Unlock the door from anywhere. Your phone, a panel inside the house, a one-time code, a fingerprint, or a fob.
- See and talk to whoever's at the door from your phone whether you're in the kitchen or in Singapore.
- Generate one-time codes for deliveries, cleaners, tradies, or pet sitters. They expire automatically.
- See a visitor log: who arrived, when, and whether you let them in.
- Trigger other things on entry. Turn on the hallway lights, disarm the alarm, set the air-con, play a song. (Real example: a client's "Welcome Home" scene runs every weekday at 5:30pm when the door unlocks.)
- Quietly cut what you spend on energy by tying entry to away routines, so the air-con, lights, and standby gadgets don't keep running while the house is empty.
Where it works best
- Apartments and townhouses with a building intercom you can't replace yourself but can route through the smart panel.
- New builds where the door cabling and panel locations can be planned from day one.
- Family homes where keys keep getting lost, kids need to get in after school, and you want a record of who came and went.
- Holiday rentals where you want to issue codes per booking without ever meeting the guest.
Why clients pick us for this
Jimmy changed our main doors' lock system and converted them to a fully automatic smart system. This was a great bonus since my wife doesn't like to carry keys around. He finished the works in two days and popped into our place the day after to assist me with programming the locks. Amirali Mortazavi, Google review
We do the integration end-to-end: door, panel, network, hub, and the routine that ties it to the rest of the house. Not just "install the lock and walk away".
